First " NEXT GEN HOTELIER of the year " award 2022

About the project

On March 28, 2022, for the first time in the history of the German hotel industry, the "NEXT GEN HOTELIER of the Year" award ceremony was held at the Grand Elysée Hotel in Hamburg. An award that recognizes innovative young hoteliers for their special commitment within the industry. With the "101 NEXT GEN HOTELIER of the Year", three young, dynamic hoteliers were honored within the the "101 Future Hospitality Days" - a brand of the "101 Besten" - who have made their very individual successful contribution within the industry economically, successfully, innovatively, empathically and charismatically with a high level of social competence.

With a versatile program entrepreneurs as well as hotel owners and industry experts convinced with interesting lectures and key facts. TV star chef Christian Rach took over the presentation of the TOP 3 Young Hoteliers of Germany and honored their work in a personal speech.

In addition to a large number of VIPs, such as Let's Dance jury member Motsi Mabuse, Revolverheld singer Johannes Strate and actresses Natalia Wörner, Miyabi Kawai and Natalia Avelon, the big players in the German hotel industry also walked the carpet. Likewise, singer Jasmin Wagner, influencer and model Elena Carrière, tennis player Michael Stich as well as Nico Hoffmann (CEO of UFA GmbH) and entrepreneur and publisher Florian Langenscheidt celebrated with the award winners on the award evening.
